Return and Exchange Policy

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:

Purchases made on-line are fully refundable within 30 days of you receiving the item as long as they are in original packaging and condition. 

If an item was purchased as a Christmas gift, you or the recipient has until January 5th to start to return process or until 30 days after the item arrived to its shipping destination, whichever is later. 

For example, if an item was purchased as a Christmas gift and arrives at your home on November 10th, you have until January 5th to start the return process. However, if that item arrives on December 20th, you have 30 days (until January 19th) to start the return process. 

Several types of goods are final sale. These include perishable goods such as food and gift boxes, personal items such as bath or body products, and earrings.

RETURN SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
