
Ginger & Garam Masala Indian Cooking Sauce
Great for a Butter Chicken meal, but also Butter Chicken POUTINE!!!
Serves 3-4 people
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat 15 mL (1 tbsp) Butter in fry pan over MEDIUM heat. Add 454 g (1 lb.) chicken diced into 2.5 cm (1 in.) pieces. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Reduce heat; add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
