Classic green tea leaves possessing a natural honeyed sweetness blossom with an even sweeter aroma of freshly plucked jasmine.
This tea from Fujian Province, China, undergoes a traditional scenting process whereby the tea is married with five times its weight in jasmine blossoms. The flowers blossom in the cool night air and leave behind their lavish and intoxicating fragrance.

When steeped as an iced tea, it very simply transforms into a remarkably refreshing thirst-quencher.Tea Profile - Golden ivory liquor, full-bodied, fragrantly floral with a welcomed jasmine linger.
Taste and Strength - Truly refreshing and richly fragrant.
Steeping Instructions - For best results, steep 1 teaspoon per 12 ounces of water that has just come off the boil and steep for 3-4 minutes, depending on taste.
This tea takes exceptionally well to multiple infusions.
Iced Tea Brewing Instructions (to make 1 litre/quart)Boil 2 cups of water and pour over 7tsp. (approximately 14g) of tea, in a heat-safe pitcher. Steep for 12 min and then fill with 2 cups of cold water. Remove tea leaves (Sloane Sachet) from pitcher. Garnish with fresh mint and honey.
