Sloane White Jasmine Ice Tea
White tea is the least processed and most delicate of teas. A single leaf and bud are plucked, one at a time, and they are then gently dried. It is produced only in the spring and represents the first crop of the new season.
This tea from Yunnan, China, is infused with a sublime jasmine aroma through a traditional scenting process making it an absolute delight.
When steeped as an iced tea, it very simply transforms into a remarkably refreshing thirst-quencher.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS For best results, steep 1 teaspoon per 12 ounces of water that has just come off the boil for 3-5 minutes, depending on taste.
This tea takes exceptionally well to multiple infusions.
ICED TEA BREWING INSTRUCTIONS (to make 1 litre/quart)
- Boil 2 cups of water and pour over 7tsp. (approximately 14g) of tea, in a heat-safe pitcher.
- Steep for 12 min and then fill with 2 cups of cold water.
- Remove tea leaves (Sloane Sachet) from pitcher.
- Garnish with fresh mint, blueberries, or citrus slices.
