Final Sale – No Refunds on Sale Items
All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
This includes all discounted clothing, which is sold below cost and therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges on Regular-Priced Merchandise
If you are not satisfied with your regular-priced purchase, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition received

Original packaging must be included
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-returnable / Non-refundable Items
Returns are not accepted on:

Sale / discounted items (including all sale clothing)

Special or custom orders

Edible or consumable products (tea, hot chocolate, food items)

Personal care items (bath, body, soaps, lotions, etc.)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If shipping an item over $75, we recommend a trackable method or shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow processing time depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations
If you cancel an order before it has shipped, a refund will be issued less the 3% processing fee charged by our payment provider.
