The type of vegan leather that Pixie Mood uses is called Poly urethane (PU-leather). It is different from lower grade synthetic leathers such as vinyl or PVC. PU-leather has a much less harmful impact on the planet than vinyl or PVC, it is much softer and does not crack in the harsh Canadian winter weather like other synthetic leathers would.
