Collection Inspiration:
This Canadiana jewelry collection features mixed-metal designs created from molds of vintage Canadian military buttons. Historic crowns, coats of arms, maple leaves, Canadian wildlife, military insignia and other motifs celebrate Canada's heritage.
Medallion Making Process:
Original vintage Canadian military buttons were molded in silicone using a wax-injection process. The resulting wax forms were adapted into medallion shapes and cast in metal, preserving the character and detail of the original button designs. The sterling silver components were created through the same traditional lost-wax casting process.
